The other week my wife decided that we required a brand new washer and dryer so we ended up spending the weekend clearing everything out. The initial big job was just to get all of the clutter out, it was a mess! The next step was to strip the space down to the walls and get rid from the old shelving and also the previous washer and dryer models. Right after that we decided to replace the floor with new linoleum because the old stuff was pretty beat up (torn and scuffed) and repair the partitions prior to installing the new front loaders, which should be more effective. To finish off our little laundry room remodel, we place in new area effective storage along the partitions and over the washer and dryer as well to maximize storage area. Now we’ve plenty of storage area for all the misc junk that was cluttering up the floor!
